Waitlist Terms

These are the terms of the Hexu waitlist, an electronic service under the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

1. Provider. Konrad Boguszewski, Poland. Contact: hello@hexu.app.
2. The service. A free email list. You get one email when Hexu launches, plus occasional updates about Hexu.
3. What you need. A device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an email address you use.
4. Joining.
   1. Enter your email on hexu.app.
   2. Tick the consent box.
   3. Click the confirmation link we email you.

   The agreement starts when you confirm. It’s free and has no end date.

5. Leaving. You can leave at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@hexu.app. It takes effect immediately. We may close the waitlist, for example after launch, and will tell you by email first.
6. Your part. Sign up only with your own email address, and don’t use the form to send unlawful content.
7. Complaints. Write to hello@hexu.app and describe the problem. We’ll answer within 14 days.
8. Personal data. See the Privacy Policy at hexu.app/privacy.
9. Final provisions. Polish law applies. If you’re a consumer, this doesn’t take away any protection the law of your country gives you. We may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law or in the service, and will tell you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
